Studio J'ai currently ships to Canada + US and Internationally to the following:

SHIPPING COSTS

Canada/US/UK/Australia: Flat Rate Shipping

Other International: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and package size

 

DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Studio J'ai is 100% made in Canada. All International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be settled upon delivery.

📦 US Orders Update (Feb 2026)

US Shipping continues to operate with no additional fees for you!

All our products are 100% handmade in Canada and qualify as originating goods under CUSMA/USMCA. As such, shipments to the United States are tariff-free and duty-free, notwithstanding recent regulatory changes and the removal of the de minimis exemption.

U.S. shipping is delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and we cover all brokerage fees. Customers should not incur any additional duties or fees upon delivery.

Disclaimer: While we take all  reasonable measures to ensure shipments remain tariff-free and duty-free under CUSMA/USMCA, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen fees, assessments, or delays imposed by U.S. Customs or carriers. MADE TO ORDER | THE CORE EDIT

All Core Edit bags are made to order with care, reflecting our commitment to slow fashion and minimizing overproduction. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. We appreciate your patience and support for this mindful approach.

 

PROCESSING & DELAYS

All orders from the Core Edit are made and dispatched within 2-4 weeks. Orders from Themed Drops are made and dispatched within 1-3 weeks (depending on the drop). All shipments originates from Montreal (and surroundings) and are tracked and shipped with various shipping providers depending on destination country. Delivery typically takes 4–14 business days within Canada and the U.S., with longer transit times (up to 4-5 weeks) for international shipments.

Studio J'ai is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. Damages or loss through shipping are not covered and are under the courier's liability. 

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be rerouted. Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. If you notice an error before shipment, contact us promptly for an address correction at hello@lestudiojai.com.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

All unclaimed packages returned to sender will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received.
